The AE300 is a compact speaker designed for stand-mounting, suitable for small to medium-sized rooms. It retains the heritage of the AE1 and uses the latest generation 130mm mid-bass driver. It features a new ceramic aluminum cone with an extremely shallow profile and a long high-power motor, offering improved dispersion and extended bass.

A new 28mm aluminum tweeter has been developed for the 300 series, offering high power handling capability and low fundamental resonance to reduce distortion. The main benefit of this design is the excellent dispersion characteristics thanks to Wide Dispersion Technology. The waveguides shape the acoustic output of the tweeter to match the woofer, providing a wider sweet spot for listening.

The 18mm high-density MDF cabinet uses bracing technology derived from the award-winning Reference series, reducing cabinet coloration and allowing the new drivers to breathe freely in the listening environment. The slot at the rear of the speaker enhances bass output and has been carefully developed to reduce the effect of aerodynamic turbulence with clean and undistorted bass performance.
