This product offers a solution to the issue of oil vapor recycling observed in the 2.0 TFSI engines of the VW Group. The problem arises from the malfunction of the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve, which can cause the accumulation of oil residues and soot in the intake and engine valves, affecting its proper operation.
This kit eliminates the PCV valve and directs the entry of vapors to the 2nd outlet on the rear camshaft cover, internally connecting the two vapor ports. This simulates the function of the PCV valve during boost operation and completely isolates the vapors from the intake manifold.
The kit also includes a plug that seals the PCV position in the intake, offering the possibility of taking three vacuum sources for various uses.
