    The rail is not sturdy and the hold open system is unacceptable. A plastic hook that stopped working in three days and was returned. Also, to latch it while it worked required effort and made noise when latching and unlatching. Additionally, the door did not open fully because the arm pulled it at 75 degrees, even though I made new holes and tried another position on the rail. There is a store video on YouTube which helps, but installation is very difficult as there is no way to mark the spots. They could have included a paper template in actual size to mark the spots, like another door closer I bought later.
