    I ordered them from the only website that had them on Scroutz Officespot-mobile in black color. The store probably never had them in black color but they have listed them as available for you to place the order and then they send them in a different color, assuming that the customer doesn't have the patience for additional hassle. The headphones I received were sealed in their box in 99% of the cases, but every time I open them to listen to music, the left earbud won't be recognized and won't even function to hear the activation sound. I have to open and close the case about 30 times (putting in and taking out the earbuds from the case) without exaggeration, just to get the left earbud to work (all this after a full charge, meaning it's not a battery issue). It is the most expensive headphones I have ever bought, so the sound quality should be good, but if you have to go through so much trouble just to connect both earbuds, what's the point? I have also reset them several times in the hope that it would solve this specific problem, as suggested by the app in the common troubleshooting answers, but nothing. I do not recommend them at all.
