Its main flaw is that it does not turn off. So it consumes its battery and requires constant replacement, resulting in not having it available when you want to use it.
It is not very user-friendly. I have labeled its mode of operation with a sticker.
It requires extra spare parts.
Overall, it seems to be well-built but not user-friendly at all

Fast and with fairly accurate measurements. It does have a slight deviation, but if I see an increased temperature in the baby, I also measure with the armpit for certainty. Definitely worth it for a first indication of whether there is a fever.

Although I was afraid of electronic thermometers, this one really surprised me. It is very easy to use and has very good accuracy, as long as you find which ear has the absolute accuracy because it does not show the same in both. You compare it with a regular thermometer and in whichever ear has the same temperature, you always take the measurement with this one. You don't need to change the probe if you take the measurement on the same person, but even if you clean it with alcohol, you can use it on others, but not on babies.
