  • This review is about size: 55 ", colour: Grey

The review concerns the products 74" and 55". I first bought the 75" (model 75pus7608/12) and because I was very satisfied, I got the 55pus7608/12 for my parents. They are exactly the same in features and menu. Very good product. Very good build quality, very good picture with vibrant colors, and their smart menu is very fast, which was something I was very interested in. It is very reliable and doesn’t lag at all, and it literally has A LOT of settings for every taste, both for picture and sound (I’m still discovering the options). Its software is called Saphi OS and is based on Linux. It is also compatible with a mobile app so you can control it from your phone. Quite fast in response (we're talking about max 1 sec, mainly when changing channels that are HD, so it needs to stream first to show the picture). Very user-friendly and suitable for elderly people as my parents got used to it immediately. There has also been a recent software update which shows that they care about the product. As soon as I connected them to Wi-Fi, they also updated themselves, and recently a new update came out again (September 2024), which is very positive because it shows that they are not neglecting it. I am very satisfied with both. I highly recommend them.

Purchase November 2023, broke June 2024, picked up by service 22/7/24. Since then, the online store has been avoiding responsibility and Philips is mocking me by dragging it out week by week... nearly three months without a television. Unfortunately, even the warranty on Chinese brands is better.

This review is about the size: 43 "

It lit up, played, turned off, never turned on again. The hassle begins....
    Update:
Contact with the representative, very polite and return to the store, with return and replacement. The new one has not shown anything negative so far. Attention, it does not have Bluetooth, I made a mistake!
