I regret a hundred times that we bought gas stoves. It's not a matter of brand, but because I bought this one, I'm writing about it.
No matter what we cook, we have to handle the pots with special gloves because the cookware develops very high temperatures everywhere, including the handles. It's tiring to constantly put on and take off the gloves...
There is also a space issue. It's different to have a flat surface with conventional burners and to have 4 burners with a grid underneath where you can't place anything. Also, in the specific one we bought, the control buttons in the front also develop high temperatures since they are next to the flame, making it impossible to touch them... I don't know if they will melt over time, fortunately there is no problem yet...
Also, due to the construction of this one, it is narrow for some reason, maybe because the buttons take up space, resulting in not being able to have two or three large pots cooking at the same time. For example, if you put a large pot, it will obstruct another pot that you want to place on a neighboring burner... for now, it hasn't bothered me yet, I just noticed it...
The only advantage is that the food does indeed cook faster... but it's not worth it for me.
