    The best after Icebreaker 260. Learn to wear thermal clothing made of merino wool only. They can even be worn in the summer because they regulate (EQUALIZE-HEAT) and have sun protection properties! Synthetic materials develop bacteria, odor, itchiness, and an unpleasant feeling on the 2nd-3rd day, but they have better durability. With proper hygiene, merino thermal clothing can be worn continuously for up to 2 weeks every day (over underwear, preferably bamboo underwear), minimal ventilation, and then washed in a washing machine with an appropriate program, turned inside out and with suitable detergent (to preserve their natural oils). The sheep is the most useful animal after the dog.
