  • Dual ISL6237 step-down converter for creating logic power supplies in battery systems.
  • Two PWM controllers for 5V/3.3V and 1.5V/1.05V.
  • SMPS1 and SMPS2 outputs with adjustable voltage capability from 0.7V to 5.5V and from 0.5V to 2.5V respectively.
  • Integrated linear regulator providing 3.3V/5V or adjustable voltage from 0.7V to 4.5V via LDOREFIN.
  • Maximum output current of 100mA with automatic startup of the linear regulator.
  • Capability of 200mA output current during switching.
  • Start programming, POK_ outputs, digital soft start, and internal soft-off discharge.
