    I bought 2 of these dimmers, one didn't work at all and was always stuck at 100% brightness, the other when you lower the brightness below 50% the power supply makes a very loud high-frequency noise. I tried another dimmer of the same price category and it didn't have the same issue so the power supply is not to blame
