I use it in a turtle aquarium with 14 liters of water. It reaches a temperature of 23°C, but I think it should easily reach 25 degrees since it says it's for more liters. I had the smaller one of the same brand, 7.5 W, in 5 liters of water and it easily reached 25 degrees!
