The only downside is that sometimes it doesn't connect to the mobile app, but otherwise it has a very high-quality construction!
Update 20/2/24: Now that I have a new phone with an advanced Bluetooth standard and an upgraded version of the app, I no longer have connectivity issues with the app on my phone. My oximeter has lasted many years and hasn't had any issues. Of course, I don't use it daily, only occasionally.
