The common cathode configuration makes it fully compatible with most modern microcontrollers, while also providing ease of programming and LED driving. Thanks to the standard 0.56-inch size, it is an ideal choice for integration into digital clocks, thermometers, counters, voltmeters, as well as development boards such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and PIC. Its sturdy construction guarantees long lifespan, stable performance, and flawless operation in any electronic application.

Double-digit Display & Readable Digits 0.56"

The display features two independent 7-segment digits (7-Segment) with a digit height of 0.56" (14.2mm), offering the perfect balance between compact size and comfortable readability from a distance. Each digit includes the 7 basic segments for displaying numbers from 0 to 9, as well as an integrated Decimal Point for showing decimal values. The high brightness of the LEDs ensures clear visibility of your data even in low-light conditions.

Common Cathode Architecture

Designed with the popular common cathode (CC) configuration, the display connects the negative contacts (cathodes) of all LEDs in each digit to common ground terminals. This design allows easy driving of the segments with positive voltage (High signal) directly from the microcontroller's output pins or through controllers such as MAX7219 and shift registers 74HC595. It is the most widely used standard, significantly simplifying circuit design and programming code.

Low Power Consumption & Wide Compatibility for DIY Projects

Thanks to advanced LED technology, the screen is characterized by extremely low power consumption and low heat emission, allowing safe direct powering from development boards.
