The electromechanical mechanism is permanently lubricated with grease, features irreversible operation and has metal internal gears. The motor operates on a 230 VAC power supply and has a power rating of 280 W.

The kit includes an electronic control unit with a built-in receiver, six four-button remote controls, safety photocells with transmitter and receiver, an operation warning light, and 4 m of metal rack (module 4) with spacers and screws. Two release keys are included for manual operation.
