The electromechanical motor uses permanent grease lubrication and features a non-reversible drive mechanism, internal metal gears, and mechanical limit switches with microswitches and a spring. For a door approximately 5 m long at 20°C, it supports up to 25 opening and closing cycles per hour.

The kit includes an electronic control unit with an integrated receiver, six rolling-code remote controls, safety photocells, a warning beacon, and 4 m of metal rack with spacers and screws. The motor is disengaged with a key.
