  • Hair health: Biotin, Zinc, and Selenium
  • Nail health: Zinc & Selenium

It also contains antioxidant agents such as Vitamins A, C & E, while the minerals zinc and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress, which can accelerate the process of cellular aging. It contains collagen, a structural component of the skin, and Vitamin C which contributes to the natural formation of collagen and skin function.

Packaging: 30 Soft Capsules

Usage: It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day with water and preferably with a meal.
