This volume publishes the proceedings of the 45th Conference of the Union of Greek Procedural Lawyers, which took place online on November 6, 2021, focusing on Uncertainty in Civil Procedure.

The volume includes three presentations: the first, with speaker Mr. D. Michiotis, D.N., Lawyer, titled "Uncertainty and Legal Uncertainty of the Claim"; the second, presented by Ms. E. Asimakopoulou, D.N., Lawyer, titled "The Uncertainty of the Complaints under the Civil Procedure Code"; and the third, with speaker Mr. D. Tsikrikas, Professor at the Law School of EKPA, titled "The Determined Grounds of Appeals".

The publication is enriched with interesting interventions on each topic, the rebuttals of the speakers, and the conclusions of the Conference by Professor D. Maniotis from the Law School of DUTH.
