The present sixth edition of "Collective Labor Law" is updated based on the latest jurisprudence and literature and is enhanced compared to previous editions. In this new edition, the same goal as in previous editions is maintained: to present, in a clear, systematic manner and without unnecessary theoretical analyses, the most important aspects of collective labor relations, such as trade union freedoms, the conclusion of collective labor agreements, and the right to strike.
The structure of this new edition remains consistent with previous editions. The book is divided into three parts. The first addresses trade union freedoms and the law of trade unions, the second deals with the law of collective labor agreements, and the third covers the law of strikes.
All three parts, of course, constitute an indivisible unity, as their subjects represent expressions of the constitutionally guaranteed trade union freedom, which includes the formation and action of trade union organizations. The main means of action for trade union organizations are the conclusion of collective labor agreements and the right to strike.
