Description

Automatic Leveling & Sensors

The printing system incorporates the CR Touch sensor for automatic leveling of the print surface. At the same time, a strain sensor is used for the automatic calculation and adjustment of the Z axis. The collaboration of these 2 sensors ensures precise adjustment of the first print layer without the need for manual intervention, maintaining a consistent distance between the nozzle and the heated surface.

Direct Drive Extrusion System

The printer uses the Sprite Direct Extruder direct drive mechanism. This architecture allows for smooth feeding of filaments such as PLA, PETG, as well as flexible materials like TPU. The automatic filament loading and unloading function via the Extrude and Retract commands simplifies the process of changing consumables. The mechanism offers high precision control of material flow, preventing clogs during printing.

Kinematic Architecture & Axes

The structure of the printer is based on a rigid dual Z axis, which minimizes vibrations during vertical movement. The Y axis is constructed with a pair of linear guides with a thickness of 8mm made from durable steel, ensuring smooth and stable movement of the build platform. These mechanical parts, combined with T-shaped profiles, maintain alignment and geometric accuracy even during extended operating cycles.

Print Speed & User Interface

The model supports a maximum printing speed of 250mm/s, with a maximum acceleration of 2500mm/s², significantly reducing the overall production time. The user interface (UI) visually displays the operating parameters and the leveling process in real time with motion graphics. The design incorporates low-profile belt tensioners, keeping the overall size compact while allowing full monitoring of the device's performance.

Good, the 3D printer is fine, but the USB cannot be read on the PC with the SD. And now I ordered another one, I went through another process. More money from there now. The only negative is that the USB is useless, because my PC can't read it. That's it. Other than that, it's good.

I've had it for about 4 months. Without any modification, it worked very well, with quite quality results and relatively fast. After about 3 weeks, I changed all the fans and it became even quieter. The only issue I have now is that some prints don't stick well to the print surface and if you don't manage to stop the printer in time, it will make a big blob of filament on the nozzle and it's very likely to cause a clog.

    Edit:

The above problem was caused by the filament I was using. With better quality filament, there is no problem at all.
