Instructions for use: Heat the bag in the oven at 110 degrees for up to 5 minutes; in the microwave at 300W for about 1 minute or on a radiator or stove for as long as deemed necessary. Immediately after heating, shake the bag to distribute the heat evenly. During the first heating, moisture spots may appear on the surface, which will disappear later. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating.
