I am very satisfied with the choice I made about a month and a half ago. I did not encounter any difficulties in handling or managing the results, and the menu is simple for the average user. Additionally, I purchased it through Sκroutz (59 euros), so I believe it was a very good and honest purchase. I cannot say anything about the accuracy of the measurements because I do not have another blood pressure monitor to compare under the same conditions (time and resting period).

It is user-friendly and reliable! Its measurements are very good. It may sometimes have a deviation of +1 -1 unit. It has a mobile application that stores the measurements. The screen is large and easy to read. The batteries generally have a long lifespan. I use eneloop rechargeable batteries, so I'm not too concerned. Overall, I am very satisfied!

I have been using Omron blood pressure monitors for years and I am satisfied. As for the accuracy of the measurements, analog ones will always be better, but knowledge is needed to handle them. It also has a mobile application that stores the measurements and you can send them to your doctor via email. The screen is large and easy to read.

Regarding the measurements, all the blood pressure monitors show approximately accurate results. This means that you take 3 measurements, it gives you an average, and you have an idea of where you stand. If you want precise measurements, then the only solution is the non-electronic one, and honestly, I don't think it's worth the trouble unless someone wants precise measurements (if that's even possible).

Besides that, save some money and get the version without Bluetooth, which is basically useless, mainly due to poor software.

We're talking about a program they have for this model that is worthless.

Other than Bluetooth, there is no other reason not to get it in my opinion.

The device is excellent, like all Omron counterparts.
However, the application and its support are a joke.

The application cannot receive data for both users, so there must be 2 mobiles connected to the device.
If there was a USB model available in the market, I think it would be a better choice.

I have had it for a month. I am quite satisfied, especially with its connectivity to my mobile phone. I cannot evaluate its accuracy, but sometimes I notice noticeable differences between consecutive shots.

I bought the Omron M7 Intelli It BT to measure my blood pressure daily. The measurements, as I see them within a 2-3 minute interval, may or may not coincide (~0.5 deviation). I imagine it is normal for this to happen, just keep it in mind. The use with BT is very easy and the Omron app can store the data in the Cloud so you can have it everywhere. I would have liked it to include the AC Adapter since it drains the batteries quickly (which were included in the package)....

The accuracy is not always as expected. The deviation between two measurements can be up to 3 units.
The specifications give +- 3 units!.
The mobile application doesn't help much either.

Very good and user-friendly, easy to operate, accurate measurements, connects to the iPhone's health app through the Omron application, keeps a record of measurements for two individuals. It is worth its money.

Quite a good blood pressure monitor, user-friendly with approximately half the deviation of manual ones. The only "negative" is that you cannot process the measurement file with Excel. However, you can do it with Google's tool

Very easy connection with smartphone via bluetooth. Through the application, I export the data to a csv file and keep them in Excel with graphs & statistics, send them to my doctor, etc. At the same time, it is very user-friendly and simple to use so that even an elderly person can use it. I also bought the transformer so that I don't have to change batteries every so often. I keep the batteries inside so that it doesn't lose its settings and memories, but I almost always use it connected to the socket. It's also nice that it has memories for 2 users with separate statistics. The only negative thing I can think of is that in very delicate hands (women-children), sometimes they don't hold the cuff correctly and it loosens when it inflates.

The only negative thing I see is the plastic that attaches to the pressure gauge, I read that it broke for some users and they wanted a replacement, which is not cost-effective.

I can say that it does not come with a power adapter, but this is convenient for some and not for others. I find the Duracell batteries that it comes with much more convenient, as you don't have to look for an outlet. It's comfortable wherever you want! Not to mention that it has battery saving on its own.

It even measures correctly if you put it in the wrong way, it tells you if you have placed it correctly, etc. It has two user average measurements and an option for measuring other people without recording.

And we're talking about a Japanese product!

The instruction manual was printed incorrectly.
It does not connect to all smartphones and you will need to have the latest model.
The customer service told me to contact technical support. The technical support did not know about it, and their behavior and response were unacceptable.
"I cannot know which phones it connects to. Contact customer service."
Also, the customer service sent me generic responses about the connectivity, which I personally translated as follows: "I'm sorry, sir, you got screwed."
