Vitamins D3 & K2 (MK7)
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps with the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, supports muscle function, immune system health, and the maintenance of bone health.
Vitamin K2 as MK-7 (menaquinone-7) is most commonly found in dietary supplements due to its longer half-life and better distribution in tissues. It plays an important role in directing calcium to the bones and teeth by activating proteins such as osteocalcin and MGP protein.
The combination is synergistic: while vitamin D enhances calcium absorption, K2 helps regulate the proper use of calcium by the body.
Recommended Dosage
1 capsule every 10 days, preferably with or after food.
