Very bad. During power outages and voltage fluctuations, the computer shuts down as if there is no UPS. Moreover, the two previous ones, after a few months, were turning on and off without any problem in the power supply. The only good thing is that the company sent me a replacement twice, but it seems that it is a faulty series. Finally, I would like to note that for those who do not have extra power cables, only an IEC connection cable is provided.

Very good upc I have it for a week of course but quiet and the most important thing is that you connect it with usb with your synology nas (first you have to see from the synology website depending on the model of your nas which model of eaton is supported so that when you connect it with usb with the nas through the settings of the nas you can automatically put it when the power goes out and after a few minutes the battery of the ups goes down smoothly shut down your nas without losing files or crashing your hard drives !! Amazing application this !!

After 2 months of use... Completely silent, but it does not support laserjet printers (although from what I learned, no ups supports such printers). The photo is valid as evidence. Good price, the previous one I had was also from Eaton and lasted 9 years (with two battery changes).

I have given him a small load (laptop), so I can't judge it correctly for the load it can handle. I haven't tried its software either. However, I can say that:
      - It doesn't smell at all.
      - It doesn't make any noise.
      - Its light (green) is not bothersome at night (I have it on the side and not in front, about 2 meters away from the bed.)
      - Its plastic looks durable.
      - Its dimensions are 10x14.5x29 centimeters.

I bought two identical ones, for two rooms, that I wanted to protect my devices (laptop, tiny desktop, monitors, routers & switches, and other small devices in general). No complaints, it shows good construction, with good ventilation, quite compact. Everything is fine, except for the [eaton ups companion] program, which, although it is nice as an app, shows whatever it wants for the output load (about three times more than the actual load, for example, it now says 150W while the meter on the outlet, with the UPS connected, shows a total consumption of 56W, which is more logical based on the devices I have). I haven't tested it on the second one to see if it has similar inaccuracies.

It does the job just fine, just don't connect it simultaneously to the desktop and the laser printer, as it will shut down everything when it starts printing (I don't know about an inkjet printer).

I have experience mainly from short, sudden power outages that have caused me a lot of trouble with abrupt PC shutdowns. This UPS does its job perfectly, keeping the central unit and the screen active as if there was no interruption, allowing you to continue your work without any problem. I haven't installed any software or connected any other devices. I bought it solely to deal with short power outages and indeed, it does exactly what it should. I consider the price very good.

I was thinking of going to the equivalent of APC, a company that I have known for many years and I knew that there was no chance of finding UPS of similar specifications under 200€. Until it was acquired by Schneider and their well-known series appeared in the market in Greece. I won't say anything else, go to the German Amazon to see what's happening...
I started searching for the top UPS manufacturing companies, not just APC, which no longer has such a good reputation abroad, mostly known for overpriced products and not so good reliability.
Finally, I found that many recommend Eaton as the first choice. Very high-quality, well-designed and compact construction, and what amazed me is how well-written and lightweight its software is!!
And a tip, for those who want a more detailed program regarding power and more options in general, do not use Eaton UPS Companion recommended for beginners by Eaton, but use Eaton Intelligent Power Protector with Web Interface, which is very lightweight in the operating system!
It works with default Windows drivers and its settings can be adjusted through the operating system!
