I decided to get a larger fryer than the 5.4 liter one I have. My choice was for some settings that other companies did not mention, since they are all made in China anyway. That is, to be able to turn off the light whenever you choose, to have a 1.5-hour timer, to have a temperature selection from 35 degrees up to 200 for defrosting, to have preheating and a fan-off option which is convenient for me, etc., and of course to have all the accessories: rotation for potatoes, chicken, and two racks. Unfortunately, as soon as I took it out of the box, I saw that it is cheaply made, a lot of plastic, the screen on the right is not installed correctly, the rack does not slide easily into the chamber and gets stuck because the track seems to be handmade and not pressed, etc.
I would have returned it if I knew I wouldn't be troubled and they wouldn't give me a worse one or fix it even worse, since they don't replace it with a new one. So I decided to keep it as it is and use it as long as it works!!
Of course, regarding the food capacity for 4-5 people and more, I think they're joking, because it's ridiculous, even if there are people who believe it and, worse, don't care about quality and safety. On the contrary, they are even happy to pay a fortune for their quality and durability!
Update. - The supposedly stainless steel accessories turned black after 3-4 uses and washes!
Unfortunately, on 1/10/2025, after it was repaired under warranty for free by the service in May, since the screen went off and was dead, it happened again and after contacting the service again, they informed me that it needs a new board again!! So it's going to the recycling bin so I can have peace of mind. What a shame.

Amazing air fryer. Plenty of accessories to cook in various ways, which helps and also makes for very good cooking if you know how to manage the space a bit. The problem with air fryers is usually that if you fill the basket even slightly above halfway, it doesn't fry or cook properly, and this is due to the air not circulating correctly within the device. Because the basket is large, even with 500g of potatoes, whether fresh or frozen, following the instructions for the fries program, they turn out perfect. For frozen ones, you don't need to add oil to make them crispy, while for fresh ones, you definitely need a bit of oil. For other cooking, it's amazing, like chicken schnitzel and generally breaded chicken; I also tried roasting a chicken roll on the spit it has, and it cooked it very well. I tried the potatoes in both the regular basket and the rotating basket, and the frying was very good; it's just a bit tricky to get them out of the rotating basket immediately after cooking due to the temperature. Other than that, a very good purchase, and I highly recommend it.

I have the same one in Izzy and I am satisfied. This time I decided to take this one as a cheaper option hoping they would have minor differences, and I think I made the right choice. Visually, they are very close (the Izzy has more inox parts and looks a bit more quality, the Primo has a newer and, in my opinion, more practical menu), but in essence, which is the cooking, they are identical. They also have a basket like the classic air fryers, which is large (for example, it makes nice anchovies for two people to eat well), but I use the two grills (for cheese pies, etc.) and the rotating basket for potatoes even more. For those who want potatoes, the rotating basket makes a HUGE difference. In the classics (I also had a classic Xiaomi), they need turning, and some are dry while others are like boiled. In this one, you throw the potatoes in the basket, you don't bother, and in about 20 minutes you have perfect potatoes; the only thing you need is to put them dry from water (you should have wiped them before cutting). Generally, I have gotten used to it; I use it both as a fryer and as a small oven when the quantity is such that it is convenient. The pros (compared to the Izzy) are that the door comes out completely and very easily (the first time it got stuck in my hand and I was scared, but it is very convenient), the cons are that after a few days the internal lamp burned out and I still haven't found a way to change it (if I see that it indeed cannot be changed and it's a problem, I will come back).

Overall, I recommend it; it takes a little more space than the classics (not a big difference) but is much more practical than them, with many more uses. In comparison with the Izzy, I think I would prefer this one as a cheaper option since their differences are insignificant.

Edit: In the end, I had to send it to service for the lamp. I didn't have any trouble with communication or shipping; a courier came to my house for free and picked it up (it's under warranty), I just found it impressive...

Edit2: Here’s another difference they have that is worth noting. These air fryers are like ovens with air. They have a fan and a heating element that heats the air at the top. The Izzy has the heating element covered (there is a perforated 'ceiling' through which the air passes), while the Primo does not; you can touch the heating element. The other day I put in cheese pies, and because I was too lazy to cut the baking paper, I folded it. During the cooking time, it unfolded, and due to the air circulation, it rose high, touched the heating element, and almost caught fire. I happened to notice it in time, but generally, it is a point that requires caution.
