It doesn't paint at all. You can't even see the rhinestones on the nail. It's only worth it for little girls to think they're painting their nails. I bought it because it seems safe for children and since the kids aren't mine, I wanted something simple and discreet.
They had to apply many coats to see a little sparkle from the rhinestones. It takes quite a while to dry, which kids don't have the patience for.
