First time I tried an arginine/ornithine supplement, so the review is given with honesty and an objective attitude. The capsules are size "00", something that is not clearly stated. They are very large and difficult to swallow—for someone not used to it, there is a real risk of choking. This alone should be clearly mentioned on the packaging or in the description.
I tried opening the capsule and dissolving the contents in natural juice without sugar (to avoid a glycemic spike). However, I noticed a sudden increase in blood pressure, something that had never happened to me before and made me worry. Probably, the method of dissolution caused very rapid absorption, resulting in the effect being abrupt and not gradual. For someone trying it for the first time, this is not at all pleasant or safe. I will not use it again. I have withdrawn the rest for safety reasons. Now Foods generally has good products, but here the administration method and intensity of the effect are not for everyone, especially not for beginners or sensitive individuals.
