The Proteas Proton Ultra 05 water filter unit sits on the kitchen countertop and connects directly to the faucet. Made in Greece from polypropylene certified for drinking water, it features a safety clip and a half-turn opening for filter replacement. The special adapter lets you choose between filtered and unfiltered water.

Includes a coconut-shell activated carbon filter. The carbon absorbs particles down to 0.5 μm and helps remove sediment and chlorine, reduce organic contaminants and lead, and improve the taste and odor of water. The filter also helps remove cysts down to 0.5 μm in accordance with NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 standards, and does not release carbon dust.
