Excellent for its price! Heats up immediately and for those who complain about the noise, it's not a big deal. It's a machine, it works, what do you expect it to do? All machines make the same noise. Great variety for capsules, I personally buy from Italy at €0.20 per capsule. As for cold coffee, okay, I wouldn't recommend it, but that's a matter of taste. For hot coffee, it's top. A tip for a better coffee: your cup shouldn't be cold.

The regular espresso is better on two lines and not one so it has time to extract. Honest machine, the coffee comes out hot and aromatic. Heats up quickly, the capsules from the supermarket aren't that good but they're cheap. If you look for branded capsules the result will be very good. Worth it

The way the handle opens and closes personally does not appeal to me. The operating mechanism is on the handle. This makes me handle the coffee maker more carefully each time. (personal opinion, these may be positive aspects for others).

It is not suitable for freddo espresso, only for hot coffee. Prefer a coffee machine with smaller capsules for greater variety.

I've had it for 1 month and use it daily at least 5-6 times a day. It's very good, it works for both hot and cold coffee. It's incredibly convenient. It even shows you the layers as the coffee goes down into the cup while it fills up. Yes, it makes a bit of noise but it's fine. One thing that's not good is that with the refillable capsules compatible with the coffee maker, the plastic ones I tried overflow and liquid spills out from where the spout is. If you want refillable ones, just be careful. Other than that, it's very good and I recommend it. Very good for its price.

I didn't expect the coffee to be so flavorful and tasty, it's like getting it from a café, even better depending on the shop. It's worth the €60 it costs. I would just prefer to go for the Genio S Plus, maybe in the future I'll get it because it has options for cold, lukewarm, hot, and very hot coffee, whereas the Genio S Basic I have only has cold and very hot, but that's a matter of taste. Anyway, for winter it's the best choice for a daily hot coffee. Also, the first coffee I tried was the Starbucks Macchiato Caramel, I don't have an opinion yet on the others. I highly recommend it, the best coffee so far!

I got it on sale for about 55 euros and it's worth the money! There is a special cleaner on the Dolce Gusto website for cleaning, but you can also wash it by hand perfectly well.

After 2 months of use with 3-4 coffees per day, there is no pressure in the flow, unacceptable for a "new" machine. I will request a replacement. Update: the plastic tube was broken and needed to be replaced, it was fixed in 2 days at the partner store, it works normally.

I didn't expect it to be such value for money! Initially, it is very easy to use, you can make espresso (if you want to turn it into fredo later), cappuccino, Americano, and whatever else you want as long as you can adjust the amount of water you want in the coffee. Personally, the Dolce Gusto capsules are convenient as they are economical and the quality of the coffee is amazing, and they tell you outside the capsule how much water to put in for the coffee to come out just right. I recommend it not only because it makes very good coffee but also because it is cost-effective if, for example, you are a large family and everyone drinks coffee. Of course, to keep it in good condition, it needs descaling from time to time. I recommend it a thousand times.

Very easy to use, it does not consume as much water as the previous models. Just be careful to put the capsule directly into recycling because if you forget, it is a bit difficult to remove.
