I have had the device for over a year, I went for a cleaning today and my dentist told me that I have almost no plaque, just minimal stuff, and I hadn't had a cleaning in 4 years. I invested in the Apagard Royal toothpaste with 10% hydroxyapatite and it slightly lightened the color of my teeth, then I invested in whitening strips and I am doing the whitening for 14 days, my teeth at the age of 44 are naturally white, A1 color, and they look as if I am 25. The investment in the health of my teeth, color, and quality paid off. The brush cleans them almost perfectly, removes almost everything, you won't see plaque for years. They have that pearly glossy white. Now I have also started chewing Chios mastic, the natural tear, for 15 minutes. You get what you pay for.

Excellent toothbrush! Nothing like the previous electric ones I had. I have been using it for about a month and every time it feels like coming out of the dentist!

The toothbrush is EXCELLENT. The battery lasted only 17 & 24 months respectively. We got the Duo pack for 220 euros. The service does not replace the battery. As a result, the toothbrushes are USELESS. There are video instructions online for changing it, but I don't know how effective and safe they are. I note that you can't find this battery ANYWHERE. It is the Sanyo ch ur 14500 ac 3.7 li-ion battery. The company should replace the batteries. Otherwise, don't buy it. WASTED MONEY.

For anyone having functionality issues with their toothbrush and is handy, they can restore any possible damage through YouTube and using their model, that's how I fixed my nephew's IQ series. I also changed the battery in mine for €5, while at the service center they wanted €35 because they replace the whole toothbrush except for the motor just for a single battery, which is the common 2AA nickel-metal 1.2V or 3.6V if it's lithium depending on the model!!!

Disappointing experience – not worth the money

I bought this particular toothbrush and after about 16 months it started having battery issues. It would suddenly turn off even though it had 40% charge. I contacted the service (Sarafidis) and they replaced the handle. However, the new handle showed the same problem in just 8 months — and of course, the warranty had already expired.

The service's response was that they can't do anything outside the warranty, and the only 'solution' they offered was to buy a new toothbrush with some supposed discount. The funny part? Their offer was more expensive than the prices available on Skroutz.

Reading reviews for the Series 9 and 10 models, it seems the battery problem is common. Personally, I think the chances of getting a defective product are at least 50-50.

For such an expensive product, it's not worth the risk. I wouldn't buy it again.

Very user-friendly! Perfect results for both cleaning and whitening. Very good and fast charging with long battery life. The app is also very helpful for checking the results.

The best gift you should give to yourself. It keeps your teeth clean and free of tartar for several years after your last visit to the dentist. The smart features it has on the phone you notice a little at first and then you forget them, to be honest, only the reminder to change the head is useful that comes to your phone as a notification.

I got the first one in June 23 and after 6 months when the battery dropped to about 50%, the toothbrush would turn off and I had to put it back to charge to use it again. I took it to service, they replaced it for me, and the new one after almost a year is showing the same problem again. It turns off by itself during use when the battery goes to about 60%. In other respects, it is excellent. You feel like it cleans your teeth very well!

The washing is excellent (this was needed with such a price), but it's a completely problematic model! In one, the magnet inside came off after 6 months, and in the other, after a year, the battery completely failed all of a sudden! Unacceptable for such a price... And of course, with the bad practice of not easily allowing us to change the battery...

But even in the second one they gave me, the battery broke within just 8 months! For the amount of money they cost, it is unacceptable for this to happen. Could you do your job with a cheaper product from the same company? Definitely. It's not that the results are different or that it offers something better. You'll brush for 4 minutes anyway.
