The AE308 is a brand new subwoofer from Acoustic Energy.

Designed to perfectly complement and integrate with other models in the 300 series, the AE308 delivers outstanding performance in Hi-Fi and AV applications. It uses a new 500 Watt (RMS) amplifier, combined with a 12” driver made from recycled and reinforced material. The AE308 also features DSP functions to adjust the performance according to the usage.

  • In Music mode, the AE308 delivers balanced and precise sound, extending the low frequencies of the main speakers naturally and smoothly down to 26Hz (+/-6dB).
  • In Movie mode, it provides added “slam” to enhance explosive sound compositions in AV systems.
  • Finally, the Impact mode offers maximum intensity and serious punch, ideal for occasions when you want to have a lot of fun!

The AE308 is available in an attractive real wood walnut finish, black or white lacquer to match other models in the 300 series, and features sturdy metal bases with rubber feet for use on hard surfaces.
