CAYENNE PEPPER (PAPRIKA) RED
Cayenne Pepper is the dried and ground hot chili pepper used to flavor dishes. Its heat level is approximately 40,000-50,000 Scoville heat units. It is 4-5 times hotter than classic paprika.
The taste of cayenne pepper is moderately or quite hot and fruity. Unlike paprika, which is relatively sweeter, the fruity flavor of cayenne makes it compatible with a variety of dishes and national cuisines.
You can also add cayenne pepper to your lemonade for a particularly unique flavor. Cayenne pepper contains many nutrients that are beneficial for your health, such as vitamins A, B, C, E, potassium, and manganese. It improves heart health, promotes weight loss, enhances digestion, regulates blood sugar, and boosts the immune system.
Ideal Storage: Cayenne pepper should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place in packaging that is protected from odors.
