The MFP-80 wrist and thumb orthosis by Orliman is made from soft elastic material. It features a removable aluminum splint on the radial side for immobilizing thumb movement, as well as in the wrist area for immobilizing the radiocarpal joint. The splints of the orthosis are removable and adjustable to the hand’s anatomy for a perfect fit. It closes with three Velcro straps around the wrist and one on the second phalange of the thumb. The orthosis provides immobilization of both the wrist joint and the thumb. Its length is 21 centimeters.
