It was never used for food because as soon as we turned it on, as is customary with new toasters to remove industrial materials, after a while the plates became discolored and then when we turned it off it burned out and never turned on again. We returned it the next day.
P.S. We also noticed that it is exactly the same (rebranding) as the Margarit one sold by Sklavenitis.
P.S.2. Also, the "inspection" was scheduled for ...21/1, that is, a whole month later! Keep these things in mind as well.

I don't understand why this is referred to as a Sandwich Maker, it's just a grill, it CANNOT toast sandwiches effectively. The reason—and the reason I'm removing a star—is the GROOVES on the plates, which are SO deep (about 3 millimeters!) that the sandwich gets ruined instead of toasted. Also, the extremely deep grooves make it very difficult to clean with a simple sponge—which is also the only thing that doesn't scratch them.

Other than that, it seems like an excellent product, with very good and sturdy build quality.

I have tried sandwiches (twice, it destroyed them), and country sausages, which it grilled excellently (although it took twice as long as the product states, maybe abroad they don't mean our kind of thick country sausages).

In general, if someone wants a grill of these dimensions, it's good, although I would have liked an easier cleaning solution—e.g., if the plates could go in the dishwasher.
