Nutriversum Vitamin B is a dietary supplement in tablet form containing a B-complex: thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, biotin (B7) and vitamin B12. These vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while B1, B2, B3, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. This supplement is intended for healthy adults.

B1 contributes to normal psychological and cardiac function. B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, red blood cells and skin, while B3 also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. B2, B3 and B5 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid also contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and certain neurotransmitters, as well as to normal mental performance. B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine, the metabolism of homocysteine, proteins and glycogen, and the regulation of hormonal activity.
