The recommended dosage is 1 tablet with each meal containing lactose, up to 3 tablets per day. This product is intended for healthy adults, is not intended for children, and should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose or use this product as a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking medication, consult a doctor. Manufactured using equipment that also processes products containing milk, eggs, soy, shellfish, nuts, and peanuts.
