    It does not have a cord, its battery lasts for about 1 hour with continuous use, and you need to press the device on the fabric regardless of its material. It is about the size of an Apple mouse, slightly larger.
    You will need to go over the fabric multiple times slowly for the purple indicator to work and eliminate strong odors, but do not expect it to replace dry cleaning.
    Smoke and restaurant smells will be reduced, but I repeat, it is not a substitute for washing or dry cleaning.
