    Unfortunately, with the inverter charger I have (I think PWM), the maximum output drops below 25W. I probably need to change the inverter. Connecting it directly to the power bank without an inverter (max 20v directly to the PowerBank), I don't get more than 7W. I think the panel meets its specifications, but it probably needs a more serious MPPT inverter.
