I believe that the product I received is not the authentic one. I had purchased the Flawless Legs for the legs at the same time, and it doesn't seem to have the same packaging. Additionally, the company's name (Brand Name) is not the same, it says Flawlbss instead of Flawless. And the funny thing is that it was more expensive than the Flawless Legs. It also has a strange smell when it's working. However, it does work, just not as perfectly as the Flawless Legs.

    I would like to clarify that these machines are not depilatory but trimmers, meaning they are shaving devices. I mention this because everywhere in the product description they refer to hair removal, which I know at least means the complete removal of hair.

    If you want it for trimming, then it is quite good.
