Trace Minerals Liquid Magnesium is a liquid dietary supplement containing magnesium citrate and magnesium chloride from Ionic Trace Minerals. It has a mandarin flavor and is used to supplement the diet with magnesium.

Shake well before use. The recommended dosage is 1 tablespoon daily, which can be mixed with water or another beverage, or taken directly. For the first serving of liquid magnesium, take ½ tablespoon. Excessive magnesium intake may have a laxative effect.
