Soudal black construction adhesive is intended for bonding heavy materials such as bricks, ceramic tiles, stone and concrete. It is also suitable for plasterboard, fibreboard, plywood, MDF, wood, PVC and expanded polystyrene, and replaces screws, wall plugs and nails. It is solvent-free, odourless and paintable.
The adhesive requires no support or clamping during bonding. The position of the materials can be adjusted for up to 15 minutes after application, while full curing takes 24 hours. Before application, surfaces must be clean and free of dust, grease and oil, and the substrate must be stable. Apply the adhesive in strips or dots; join the materials and press firmly. Clean any residue and tools immediately with a damp cloth.
