Usage: Adults - Children over 12 years: 1 teaspoon in a glass of water and immediate ingestion. Rinse with water to remove any residues. For teeth: Put a small amount of charcoal powder on your hand, wet the toothbrush, and press it onto the powder. Brush gently for 2 minutes. Brush again with water or toothpaste.
