Very good product, cleans everything, it doesn't sting my eyes even though I have sensitivity. It doesn't rinse off easily but I wipe it with a towel and it leaves my skin soft and moisturized

I really wonder about those who rave about it. Personally, when I try to remove it, instead of turning into a milky texture as it should, it leaves a slimy feeling on the skin that doesn't go away no matter how much I rinse it, only if I rub it with a towel, resulting in my skin becoming completely dehydrated! Absolutely terrible

It smells pleasant but it does not remove makeup well. The main problem is that after you apply it to dry skin, massage to melt the makeup, and add a little water to emulsify, the emulsification is not successful. It's like you still have oil on your skin. Even when you rinse it off, it does not come off easily at all and the feeling is unpleasant. You have to use a cloth to remove it and then continue with a second soap to get rid of the oily residue. I would not choose it again, nor do I recommend it.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this peachy cleansing balm really surprised me! The texture is so nice and smooth — it melts into the skin and removes makeup effortlessly. It leaves my face feeling soft, clean, and refreshed without that tight, dry feeling. Plus, the light peach scent is super pleasant. Definitely a new favorite in my skincare routine!

I have oily skin and have used many types of makeup removers. None like this. The best makeup remover I have ever used. It requires a minimal amount to remove highly covering foundation, waterproof mascara, and waterproof long-lasting lipstick (Estee Lauder Double Wear, MAC Stack waterproof mascara, Rouge Dior transfer proof liquid lipstick). Incredible value for money product. However, be careful, it is not a cleanser, it is a makeup remover.

It needs a good scrub to remove the mascara. The smell is not to my taste. However, the makeup remover is better than a similar one from Clinique that I had tried and of course much more affordable.

Maybe the best cleansing balm I have tried. It requires a minimal amount to remove even the most waterproof product. Be careful, it is NOT a facial cleanser, it is a makeup remover, which means you first use it to remove makeup and then you need to go with another product to wash your face and remove the oiliness. Also, to remove the balm you need to wipe your face with a towel and not go directly with water.

I read the negative comments and I was shocked!!! I honestly loved it, it left my skin velvety and my eyes, even though I put a kilogram of product in, did not sting at all!!!! 10/10

It doesn't leave a greasy feeling! After using the product, we should remove it with a makeup remover wipe (like with all cleansing balms). Pleasant peach scent and it has never irritated my eyes

For the money, it does a great job....now for those who say it leaves greasiness and doesn't go away:
1st you have to remove the residue with a towel, we don't put water directly on the face...
2nd this alone is not enough...you move on to the next step of cleansing which is to wash your face with a cleanser...

Terrible. To remove my everyday simple makeup, I needed a large amount because the mascara wouldn't come off. I should note here that it was not waterproof. I will definitely not buy it again

Very bad product. I have tried other Korean ones, which as soon as they come into contact with water, they turn into a milk-like substance and easily come off. This one leaves an incredible oiliness, I washed my face 3 times for it to go away.

I have oily skin and I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use, but mainly for days when someone has heavy makeup (intense eyeshadows, glitter, waterproof mascara, etc). You use it and feel like everything you're wearing is melting, but of course afterwards you have to proceed with deep cleansing and moisturizing normally, otherwise you will feel an oily film on your face. It smells wonderful and doesn't require a large amount of product. I recommend it with the above conditions. It may feel quite heavy on oily skin.

The negative thing is that it requires a towel to be removed and still it is not completely removed, residue remains. It does not come off with water. What is the point of getting a balm if I have to use a towel afterwards? If that was the case, I would have used a makeup remover pad from the beginning. Also, it is quite thick and does not spread easily.
