    Once I had gotten a mouthguard from the dentist (with a mold for my teeth and if I remember correctly it cost 70€). This is a much cheaper product that does its job. Its disadvantage is that because it doesn't fit as well, it can easily come out of place. I have experienced coughing and it literally shot out. However, it does its job and I would buy it again
