The Edenberg EB-5731 pressure cooker has a capacity of 5 litres and is made of 18/8 stainless steel. The Turbo Induction base is suitable for induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs. It features a pressure release valve, a safety valve and a two-stage pressure indicator: white indicates that the cooker is under pressure, while red indicates that the pressure is too high.
The easy-open and close system allows you to open the cooker once the pressure has been released by turning the lever clockwise. It includes two lids, so it can also be used as a regular pot. The internal measurement scale makes it easy to measure ingredients.
