Scudotex 443 knee-high socks provide graduated Class 2 therapeutic compression and feature a silicone band. They are used on a doctor's recommendation for significant venous conditions, such as chronic venous insufficiency with varicose veins, phlebitis, oedema and varicose ulcers. They are also suitable for thrombophlebitis, postoperative prevention, after varicose vein procedures and sclerotherapy, and following lower-limb injuries.

The mesh knit allows the skin to breathe, while the soft, smooth knit is opaque. The socks have reinforced heels and flat seams, and are durable enough for heavy use and frequent washing.
