In the 3rd edition of the "General Part of Commercial Law," efforts have been made to simplify the content of the general part. The first part analyzes the general theory of commercial law, where the commercial activity is first described as the subject of commercial law.

The second part of the work covers commercial acts and merchants. The third part presents the business and its organization. A special chapter is dedicated to both the accounting organization of the business, where the books of merchants are presented among other things, as well as the public law organization of trade (chambers of commerce - GENERAL COMMERCIAL REGISTER (G.E.M.I.).

This concise and complete work of commercial law has been enriched with newer literature and case law.
