Ways to maintain the quality of wood:

• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before the first use, clean it with warm water (65°C) and liquid soap and rinse with plenty of water.
• After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry.
• After rinsing, place it vertically and store it once fully dried.
• Regular application with olive oil for greater care. Apply and leave it overnight to be absorbed.
• Vinegar naturally disinfects the wood.
• For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes.
