Three-Phase Sequence and Asymmetry Monitor without Neutral PELC-PT432-8PIN.
It is used to protect asynchronous three-phase motors from anomalies in the electric power distribution network. A characteristic application is the protection of submersible pumps.
It monitors the three-phase network voltage concerning:
- Loss of one or more phases
- Asymmetry of the three phases (adjustable 25-5%)
- Sequence
- Undervoltage
It operates without a neutral connection. The monitor's relay is activated when all three phases of the network do not deviate from each other by more than the adjustable value, and their sequence is correct. In any other case, as well as in the case of total loss of a phase (below 300VAC), the relay is deactivated.
