Use by people with high blood pressure, or in combination with sedatives, sleeping pills, thiazide diuretics, digitalis cardiac glycosides, or antiarrhythmics such as procainamide and quinidine, requires medical advice. Avoid use before driving, during activities requiring increased psychomotor performance, and together with alcoholic beverages. Prolonged use for more than 4 weeks requires medical advice.
