This book is a natural continuation of the author Charalambidis Stavros's first book "The Executioner of Envy" on relational psychoanalysis and group dynamics, where the fundamental theory crystallizes - from the author's perspective - according to which they heal, supervise, and train at the Institute of Relational and Group Psychotherapy which he directs.

In this new collective volume, the polyphony and pluralism used by psychotherapists to find a common language among themselves are presented. This shared journey involves creative confrontations in order to yield a fruitful synthesis as well as a stable connection with the institution. This common language has co-evolved over nearly two decades, as many of the trainers have trained and supervised together, hence this language is used among themselves as well as with patients, trainees, and supervisees, as well as with other institutes and institutions inside and outside Greece.
